Organoid Decorative Coatings

With Ecobuild taking place in London this week, we have been looking at our products, many of which meet our sustainability values; in particular Organoid Decorative Coatings.

The Organoid coatings are made of natural raw materials that are untreated; therefore the original scents and texture of the product are retained. The production process is simple and revolutionary. Through the use of green electricity, the panels can be produced from almost any natural fibre. With the addition of a binder that is also natural, the end product is 100% biodegradable.

Organoids provide the user with many different possibilities when it comes to picking out a decorative coating; from ingredients used, such as, alpine grass, hay flowers, reed and straw to the more lavish – lavender, oranges or roses; plus many more.

We received a lot of interest and positive feedback in the Organoids at the Surface Desgin Show back in February. Many people were fascinated by the product and how it was made; it is something that alerts many of our senses – touch, sight and smell. As each panel is natural, no two pieces are ever the same. It provides the end user with a unique product and the ability to bring the outdoors inside. The scent may fade over time but a small spritz of water will bring the product back to life.

We are proud to sell Organoids at Arnold Laver. A product that encompasses so many sustainable and environmental properties, we believe it is a product of the future.
