I've placed my order and had a confirmation email, what happens now?

Your order will now be allocated to your nearest Arnold Laver depot for Delivery or your chosen depot for Collection. This depot will now process your order, once complete the depot will contact you to arrange a convenient date for delivery. If you have not received a call regarding delivery after 2 workings days, please contact us on 0808 181 1920. Please see our Delivery/Collection Details for more information.

My item is "in-stock" on the website, will it be in-stock at my nearest depot?

Our Arnold Laver depots tailor their stocks to the demands of the local area. An item "in-stock" on the website maybe in-stock with the Arnold Laver Group or our Supplier but not in-stock at your nearest depot.

To confirm if an item is in stock please contact your nearest depot directly, contact details can be found on our Store Locator page.

If an order is placed but an item is not in-stock at your nearest depot, then the item will be transferred to your nearest depot for delivery or collection. Please be aware that this process takes on average an additional 3 working days but may on occasions take longer. Items held in stock with our Suppliers may take up to 10 workings days to be delivered, please check the estimated delivery times as stated on each product page.

Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode protects your debit/credit card against unauthorised use when you shop online at participating retailers.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver at weekends at present. For further information on deliveries please see our delivery and collection policy.

I cannot find the item I'm looking for, can you help?

Our Laver Online website is continually having new items added to it but unfortunately we may not have every item online. If you cannot find the item you're looking for please contact us on 0808 181 1920 and we will endeavor to see if we are able to supply the item you are after.
